“I grew up finding solace in stories. Literature was my great escape, and in characters I discovered in many ways in which a person could choose to live. I developed a hunger to become those characters, if only for a little while. Through this hunger I found acting, both in theatre and film, and realized that a character and a story could be told through the slightest of movements, and the smallest indications. That a story could be told through dialogue, or a monologue, or even a single photo”
