Hi, I’m Isra! Born and raised in London with proud Somali roots, I find endless inspiration in all forms of art, especially film. To me, film is a powerful way to bring the unseen to life and share messages that can challenge how we see the world. I originally chose to study law & criminology, and while I enjoy it, I’ve come to realize through a lot of self-reflection that my true passion lies in the arts.

When I’m not studying, I love baking (there’s something special about creating something comforting from scratch). I’m also learning Italian as my third language, which is a great adventure and a way to connect with new cultures. Additionally, I have a keen interest in makeup as a form of self-expression and creativity. Exploring different styles and techniques allows me to enhance natural beauty while experimenting with new artistic visions.

My friends mean the world to me; they keep me grounded and are my biggest cheerleaders, always encouraging me to chase my wildest dreams.
